BANQUET POLICIES

Minimums  To reserve any room for a private party, minimums may apply. A fee may be required to use the Loft bar and dinning area exclusively for your function.

Room Fees For events where meals are served an allotted amount of time is included with your reservation. After that amount of time, room rental is as follows: $200 per hour or fraction thereof for the Bay Room and $150 per hour or fraction thereof for the Marina Room. These rental fees do not apply to events not including meals in their rental at Jolly Roger.
Breakfast: 2 hours free,  Lunch: 3 hours free,  Dinner: 4 hours free

Confirmation & Deposit For your planning security, your event must be secured by placing a $200.00 applicable
deposit.

 

Cancellation In the event you need to cancel your function, we ask that you give us notice. If the cancellation is not made two weeks in advance (thirty days advance notice for events taking place in December), the deposit will not be returned.

Tax & Gratuity All foods and beverages will be assessed with a 18% taxable gratuity and 8.75% tax. For non-profit organizations with appropriate documentation, (501-c3) we gladly deduct sales tax.

Menu Selection In order to serve you in a timely and efficient manner, groups of 21 and more will pre-select a meal featuring one choice per course. If the group prefers to offer a choice of entrées then the following conditions apply: The total number of entrees must be pre-ordered and Jolly Roger notified no later than Noon three business days in advance of the date of the event. Place cards designating the entree selection will be provided. We gladly accommodate any vegetarian or special dietary needs. Advance notice is appreciated.

Guarantee We ask that you guarantee the number of guests attending at least three working days prior to the event. Your final bill will reflect the number of people in attendance or 100% of the guarantee whichever is greater. Please note we always prepare 5% above the guaranteed number in case a few more guests show up. Events at Jolly Roger are booked in rooms according to number of people in the party. Jolly Roger reserves the right to change the room the event takes place in if the guaranteed number drops below the minimum capacity.

Corkage Fee Jolly Roger offers an extensive wine selection; however, wines from outside the restaurant will be served for a $7.00 per bottle corkage fee.

Cake Cutting Fee
Cakes brought into Jolly Roger are subject to a $0.50 per person cake fee.

Prices Once your menu selections have been made, Jolly Roger will honor the price quoted for up to 90 days. Prices and menus subject to change without notice.

Payment Payment is due at the conclusion of your event. Jolly Roger accepts cash, business checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.

Laws No alcoholic beverages will be served to persons less than 21 years of age. Patrons must assume full responsibility for any damage to the premises caused by the patron or guests. Jolly Roger is not liable for the loss or destruction of any personal property. Prices and menus subject to change without notice.

SERVICE STYLE

 

Please select a maximum of three of the following entrees to be served to your guests.  Final orders are due no later than Noon three business days before the date of the event. 

 

The Country Breakfast:  Bacon with three scrambled eggs served with hash browns and a fresh blueberry muffin.  $12.00

 

Club Style Breakfast:  Our traditional French toast, with a large scrambled egg and two strips of bacon.  $10.25

 

Garden Scramble: Broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and sweet peppers scrambled with two eggs and melted cheese over ranch potatoes topped with avocado and sour cream.  No cheese upon request.  Served with a fresh blueberry muffin  $12.75

 

Western Scramble: Two eggs scrambled with diced ham and green onion served with hash browns and a fresh blueberry muffin.  $12.00

 

Sunrise Scramble: Bacon, sausage and onion scrambled with two eggs and topped with cheddar cheese, tomato, green onions and sour cream over ranch-style potatoes. Served with a fresh blueberry muffin. $12.75

 

Fresh Fruit Carnival: As assortment of seasonal fruits, berries and melon served with low-fat cottage cheese sprinkled with raisins and sliced almonds. Served with a fresh blueberry muffin.  $11.00

 

Prime Rib and Eggs:  An 9 ounce cut served with 2 scrambled eggs and hash browns.  Served with a fresh blueberry muffin. $15.25

Asian Chicken Salad:  Broiled chicken breast, shredded lettuce, mandarin oranges, peas, carrots, broccoli, scallions, sesame seeds, fried won tons and crispy rice noodles served with our sesame ginger dressing and a sourdough roll.  $15.00

 

Caesar Salad with Chicken:  Broiled chicken breast, sliced over the top of our traditional Caesar salad with garlic croutons and parmesan cheese.$14.00

Macadamia Nut Chicken: A boneless breast of chicken crusted with Macadamia Nuts, served with Hawaiian chutney, Rice Pilaf and fresh vegetables. $14.50

Prime Rib: A 10 ounces of our slow roasted Prime Rib coated in herbs and spices.  Served Medium with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh vegetables. $24.50

 

Teriyaki Steak: An 8-ounce piece of tender tri tip, marinated in teriyaki sauce for 24 hours then broiled to perfection.

CASH AND CARRY BAR
Your guests are charged per drink as it is served. This option will not be added to the final bill. Gratuity is not added to this option.

CHAMPAGNE TOASTS
You may supply a champagne toast for your guests. Price is based on the number of bottles that are opened. Or you may select a number of bottles you wish to serve.

J.R. POURS
Our servers would be happy to serve your guests wines during their meal. Just review our Wine List and let us know which bottles you would like us to have in stock to pour for your guests. There is no extra charge for the service, just the cost of the bottle(s) of wine you select. You are welcome to bring in your own wine or champagne for a $7.00 per bottle corkage fee.

We can work with you through local vendors to help you create the perfect floral enhancements.

Cakes

We can work with you through local vendors to help you find the perfect cake for your event. From wedding and anniversary cakes to birthday cakes. Outside vendor tasting cannot be done through the Jolly Roger.

Linens

We do provide linens for your event, which include tablecloths and cloth napkins. Additional colors can be arranged with advance notice of a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event. Please ask to see choices.

Audio Visual and Sound Equipment

Charges for some of the above vary by vendor. We can get bids for you or refer you out. Prices, Availability and Items are Subject to change. Some items may require advance notice for ordering and delivery purposes. Prices do not include 8.75% tax and 18% gratuity.
